FC Bosnia today suffered a disappointing cup exit at the hands of a resilient Saville Youth side. Bosnia, who had earlier in the season lost to the same side looked weak and the strike force was clearly effected as Haris Niksic worked over time as a lone striker.
Bosnia already have a cup semi final to look forward to soon and also the away game to Westside next week, but none the less today’s loss will seriously dent their chances for a title push this season, especially with Soothill playing so consistently.
By the end of the first half Bosnia found themselves two goals down and in the second half a fabulous 30 yard strike from player manager Elvir Terzic brought them back into the game and towards the end of the game Sefer Sabahudin scored a great header to bring the scores level.
The game entered extra time, but Saville youth had depth on the bench and the two substitutes provided that extra spark that was missing for the rest of the game. Saville scored twice in extra time, and left Bosnia with a lot to think about.
